Note: The name Braley Valley has not been found on any map or in the United States Geological Survey, but the Braley's lived to the east of Greenwood in the early times and a few older citizens remember this nickname, but not the location of the valley. The land grant John Braley (Amos's) father received is in Twp. 6, Range 30, in the northeast corner of Section 17, which is just west of Burnville and south of the current Highway 10. Since part of the land he was granted is on Backbone Mt., it is assumed this valley lays between the mountain and Highway 10.

He is listed with children Lillian, Herman and Loyd. Widowed from her first husband's death (Dimmit Evans, Prince Albert's younger brother) a 29 year old Lettie Johnson Evans is listed as a widow living with her parents Henry H. and Mildred Johnson on AR Census 1920 Yell County, Centerville Twp. Daughter Emma Jo Evans Choate's daughter's blog has family information that tied this together. "Wild Bill and Billy" are Prince Albert Evans' nicknames as a child and young man. Their son Billy is apparently named for his father's nickname.
